The following Online terms and conditions ("the Online Terms and Conditions") apply to the use of the BMG Exhibition Co. GmbH. website ("the Site"). By accessing the Site users are deemed to have read and accepted the Online Terms and Conditions set out herein.

INTRODUCTION
This Site is owned and operated by BMG Exhibition Co. GmbH. ("BMG Exhibition"). Users will be able to access the information and data on the Site without going through a registration process. If users are interested in participating in an exhibition or fair or attending an exhibition or fair then they will be required to complete an application form which can be downloaded and sent by fax. Alternatively a potential exhibitor or visitor can complete either an exhibitor or visitor online application form. Use of the personal information provided by the applicant in such application form is governed by our Privacy Policy.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Site and all information therein is the property of BMG Exhibition and all such copyright belongs to BMG Exhibition. Copying, reproducing, republishing, distributing or in anyway modifying the information in the Site without the prior written permission of BMG Exhibition is strictly prohibited. All trade marks and logos appearing in the Site are the property of BMG Exhibition or any such third party including advertisers, sponsors or joint venture partners as indicated. Such trade marks or logos cannot be used in any circumstances without the prior written permission of BMG Exhibition unless it is indicated otherwise in the Site. In such circumstances where it is clear that a trade mark or logo can be downloaded any use of such trade mark or logo must be strictly in accordance with the use as indicated in the Site at the time the trade mark or logo is downloaded. In no circumstances is a user entitled to alter or modify such trade mark or logo.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION
The information available in the Site may contain information provided by third parties or from other sources or references. Whilst BMG Exhibition takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information provided by third parties, such third party information is not under the control of BMG Exhibition and BMG Exhibition does not take any responsibility for any loss arising from any inaccuracies contained in any of the information provided by third parties.

Users should be aware that links can take users to third party web pages, the contents of which do not come within the sphere of responsibility of BMG Exhibition. BMG Exhibition expressly distances itself from any information that is accessed via the aforesaid links. Any use of the links will be subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the third party web pages accessed and such third party web page provider shall bear sole responsibility for the content thereof. Any information disclosed by the user on any such third party web pages will be subject to the privacy policy of such third party web page provider and will not in any circumstances be deemed to be information collected from the user by BMG Exhibition.

Users are not required to provide any information or personal details to use the Site. The terms and conditions that govern the collection of personal data are contained within the exhibitor and visitor online application forms. All information and personal data gathered from users from such application forms is covered under BMG Exhibition's Privacy Policy.

The information contained in the Site is for general purposes only. Whilst BMG Exhibition strives to keep the information up to date and accurate, it makes no representations, nor does it give any warranties, express or implied, including any warranties in relation to the accuracy or completeness of any information in respect of the Site or any third party web page, brochure or other information accessible through the Site.

Users of the Site agree that BMG Exhibition will not be liable to them or any third party for any damages or loss that they may incur in relation to the use of the Site or any services available therein.

CHANGES TO THE SITE AND TO THE ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BMG Exhibition reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to the Online Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to the user. Any use of the Site after the Online Terms and Conditions which have been amended will be in accordance with the new Online Terms and Conditions and use of the Site will confirm user's acceptance of the new Online Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW
These Online Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
